Early this morning before the sleepy Housemates could return to their slumber, BB announced the game has changed!

HMs were called to the Diary Room, where Nathan and Terri were welcomed as HMs. Then BB dropped yet another bombshell.

“Housemates, the time has come to reveal the new rules of Big Brother. Housemates - the game starts now. This year you do not nominate, Australia does! And they have already started…”

BB continued, “On Sunday night, the three Housemates with lowest number of public votes will be up for Eviction.”

BB told the Housemates that instead of voting to Nominate they will now be voting to Evict. The 2 point and 1 point saga continues, however, this year Housemates will only get to choose out of the three Housemates the public has nominated.

“The Housemate that receives the most Eviction votes from their fellow Housemates will leave the BB House,” BB informed a room full of shocked and exhausted Housemates.

“I don’t like it that way,” Brigitte whined. But in the Big Brother House it is Big Brother and only Big Brother that makes the rules. If the HMs thought they knew what they were in for this year then they better think again.

BB told the Housemates that this week, Terri and Nathan would be exempt from Eviction.

The HMs groaned, taking in the enormity of what has to be done. No longer can they blame the final decision on public popularity. The decision rests in their hands.

Snap evictions, Housemate Hand Grenades and now Public Voted Nominations and Housemate Voted Evictions - all bets are off!
