“Been waiting a long while,” Cherry grinned, as he donned the Head of Household armband. As winner of FNL, he was clearly chuffed with his new responsibilities and Nomination twist power.
Big Brother reminded him as winner of FNL, he would also be rewarded with a prize. BB informed Cherry that he and three of his chosen guests would watch the new Get Smart movie in the Big Brother cinema. “Cherry, which three Housemates do you choose to accompany you?”
Cherry explained he would choose Terrence because he was a fellow Intruder and he felt badly Terrence couldn’t play the games due to having a sore neck. He would choose Bianca as she missed out last week and Brigitte, as she too made the final.
Cherry rejoined the Housemates and announced, “I am just choosing people that haven’t been up – just spreading it round.”
“Oh great!” gushed Terrence. Bianca was happy to hear she was also up. “And Brigitte because you made the final and yeah… just ‘cause,” he trailed off with a sheepish grin.
The chosen HMs were delighted to see the piping hot pizza and decked out cinema. “Thanks heaps Cherry,” said Terrence earnestly. “I really appreciate it mate.” Bianca was also delighted. “These are all my favourite things, this is awesome.”
The awesome foursome settled down to watch the movie, munching on snacks and sipping on drinks.
Back in the House, Terri and Rory decided to spend some one-on-one time outside. They bantered about the Intruders. Both agreed while they might not really like Terrence, he was the “best” Intruder. Terri said she liked Cherry’s personality the best. They both agreed that while Cherry and Brigitte may have been given opportunities by their parents, they were more used to hard work and they wanted to raise their children with appreciation for what they had in life.
The duo continued talking about the value of hard work as the group inside relaxed and chuckled at the move. Terrence was overjoyed to discover it wasn’t the old Get Smart movie, but a new version.
