The theme of distain for BB continued into the night as HMs revolted against the Family Dinner’s usual structure. Usually, HMs submit considered questions to be discussed over the meal, but yesterday, in retaliation for Mole Showdown, they offered paltry questions and only short answers. Though some questions were on the more humorous side, the HM reactions to the mole saga raised a few tempers and eyebrows.

1. The bed is big. True or false?
Rory was the first HM to answer the question and cheered for his apparent victory in getting a boring question approved to be discussed at the Family Dinner. “Is that really the question?” Brigitte asked. “That’s so funny,” Terri declared. “A quick answer’s a good answer!” Cherry told the group, confirming that it was indeed the question BB had specified. Terri argued the bed wasn’t big - it was massive. Travis agreed. “I can’t say ‘cause I haven’t seen every bed in the world, and I’m sure that there are probably bigger beds out there, but based on this bed, and that I have seen, I would say it is big. I say true,” Ben answered as the HMs all giggled in amusement.

Cherry, as Head of House, summed it up with eloquence and astounding analytical reasoning. “The bed is big: true,” he announced. Next question …

2. The exercise mats are orange. True or false?
“This is the best Family Dinner ever,” Brigitte laughed as HMs discussed the warm shade of gym mats. Though some lesser minds may have struggled with the concept and Terri, being colour blind, did have a clear disadvantage in the debate, HMs concluded that indeed the gymnasium mats in question were orange, but they did recognise there were also purple counterparts. World-shattering realisations such as these are the amazing outcomes when 8 ingenious HMs put their heads together. Wonders will never cease.

3. Ben is the most awkward spooner in the world. True or false?
No news here! Ben might be able to lead his school but when it came to the bedroom the HMs concluded this kid can’t even cuddle.

“I’m sure he’d be a good spooner to someone he liked spooning,” Bianca answered, maintaining they were only spooning as ‘friends’. Travis threw a doozy into the mix and said he thought it was Bianca’s fault because he has spooned with Ben and he was quite good. “I think with girls definitely true, but with boys we don’t know,” Brigitte commented. “That is probably the most input Brigitte has had at a Family Dinner,” Rory mused.

Rory proclaimed himself Professor Spooner and said he’d done it all but Ben was the worst he’d seen. “Ben’s probably got to be the most awkward person around another female in spoon position … worst spooner in the world,” the Professor uncovered from his extensive research.

4. Honestly and realistically, if you had to choose one HM of the opposite sex what position would you have them in? (sexual or not)
Cherry began. “I’d have Brigitte in doggy with my hand really tight to her head so her hair doesn’t fall out and then every now and then I would probably nudge her head up against the bed head like this…” Cherry illustrated the motion he would use and HMs erupted in laughter.

Terri argued that it didn’t specify sexual position. “I’d have Rory as the Head of the House, that’s it,” She answered. The group was not satisfied with her answer, but she got one up on the young ‘uns and said, “I wouldn’t have any of them because they’re too inexperienced for me!”

Brigitte was next. She couldn’t decide and debated her answer. “OK,” she gave in to the HMs’ pestering. “I’ll pick Cherry in his position because I like hair puling,” Brigitte announced. Cherry smiled slying, suggesting he get some practice in, but Brigitte retorted, “No, not happening!”

Travis said he’d marry Terri first and then let her teach him all that she knows. Ben said he’d spoon Bianca and Bianca agreed she’d want to spoon with him. “Ben would be spooning me,” Bianca said of her favourite position that she described in detail to Rory previously.

5. Which HM will go on to be famous and as what?
Cherry said Bianca would be famous on the Gold Coast and known as ‘fun bags’. Alice thought that Travis would be a hit with kids under the age of five and have his own kids show. Ben agreed. “I’d go Brigitte being half naked on magazines,” Bianca said, specifying that she wouldn’t do that sort of thing herself. Brigitte reckoned she would and answered Bianca, for the same reasons.

Travis said Terri would be a hit at the RSL Clubs. “’Trivia Tuesday Tabu Terri nights’ … hitting an RSL club near you,” Travis announced. “That’s hardly famous,” sneered Terri. Terri could see Alice as a weather girl or presenting the news. Rory pictured Cherry on an ab rocker in early morning infomercials but had hopes and dreams for his own illustrious career. “I want to put a special mention out for myself and hopefully I’ll be in a strip joint near you,” Rory suggested.
