“Besides the little treadmill saga last week, I think Alice is doing great. I don’t think she’s spending too much time on the treadmill at all! A girl needs to exercise. I think she just felt defensive about it and now she just looks like she’s being selfish – but she’s the least selfish person I know.
Alice is just a nice, friendly person who really cares about people - I think that has really come through on TV. She’s made real friends in the House and she’s adapted each time one of her friends has left. She’s one of those people who is always there for you and she’s just fun.
I have met all the ex-HMs and they’re really nice. They were such supporters of Alice too, it was great to see. Even Nobbi – I think all of Australia is having a go at him, he doesn’t need me to as well. I think he only initiated the incident in the spa because he felt threatened by her and thought she could give winning BB a good crack – which she has.
Alice’s highest point for me was after she was fake Evicted and she was running laps on the plane and talking to herself to try and cheer herself up. It was really sad, but so funny! The worst point was the ‘spa incident’. It really hurt her feelings and was so hard to watch. Also, watching her get Nominated each week. I think she finally figured out it was only a few people who were giving her points, but until then, she was really upset by it. It really hurts Alice when people don’t like her, because she’s just such a genuinely nice person.
If I could say anything to Alice now it would just be that she’s the best and I’m so proud of her.”
