Um, excuse me? How is it possible we’re only on Day 8? What a massive time we’ve had already. 

It feels like these HMs have known each other forever… not just over a week. There’s absolutely nothing off limits with them!

I’m amazed by all the relationships that have formed so strongly, so quickly. And what I’ve found hilarious is how completely oblivious some people seem to be to the bubbling tensions.

Alice told BB she can’t see any dramas forming between anyone – while the other girls are waiting in nervous anticipation for a feud to blow up between Dixie and Brigitte. The two really don’t like each other – although Brigitte’s loathing of Nobbi seems to have taken her focus off her dislike of Dixie lately. Nobbi’s definitely been pushing the limits, but Bridge has been standing up for herself so well I think.

What I’m loving is the “faux rise” of “King David” and “Queen Alice.” The boys have appointed Alice in the top notch position – although ask any of the girls and I don’t think they’d agree with them!

But David is the real classic. He told BB he was, “A man of the people” and last night declared “I’m King of the kids!” to newcomer Barney. *Awkward Cough*. There may be a few ruffled Roosters there that would object to King David self-appointing as the Alpha Male!

Ben would be one. He’s told BB he can’t stand King D and Queen A – and has quite literally started a one-man fan club for Michael, who sings in a band Ben gets his froth on over. Rory also doesn’t seem to be taking well to the shifting male power struggle. Methinks that he’s not so keen on a) his fellow Spa Mafia associate strutting about claiming to be Don, b) the four new dudes that have just invaded his pad and c) the fact that one of those said dudes is catching the eye of his night-time snuggle buddy, Renee.

Renee told the House last night that she thought Nathan was super cute. “I’m smitten!” she giggled, much to the delight of her hysterical and heckling HMs. “We won’t tell him, we promise,” said David, before laughing: “As if. We will.”

How will Nathan react? I reckon he’ll be keen as mustard. Before entering the House he told me that he is keen for a bit of romance on the inside… and is a bandit for falling hard – and fast. Just what the BB House is notorious for!

Although, in the blue corner, we have Alice eyeing off Barney – to put it mildly. I thought the girl’s eyes would bulge out of her head when he hopped in the spa today. Interesting times!

How about those boo’s for Corey last night from the audience? He admitted his heart was racing… and you know what? I felt sorry for him. I wonder if any opinions have changed already? I for one, found him to be a shy kid and I’m loving his bonding sessions with Travis. Wouldn’t have predicted that! Wouldn’t have predicted that! Having said that… I have to admit I’m appreciating the irony in BB making he and the HMs clean up from parties all week…
