But the buxom brunette was ready to leave the House, throwing her four eviction points squarely at herself.
On her first night in the House, she stated her case before the Sunrise Eviction. This Sporty Spice won the group’s vote by admitting she was great in a crisis. "I think you guys should keep me in the House because I’m really entertaining and I’m caring and I think that I’ll be a really good shoulder to cry on when people are in arguments or anything like that,” she announced. “I’m really, really good to talk to and I think that I’m the type of person who can be a friend to everyone.”
In the three weeks Bec was in the House, the striking brunette was an instant hit with the boys but quickly proved her beauty was more than skin deep. She bonded with Brigitte over issues such as prejudices being pushed on to pretty people and her elite membership into the Princess Sparkles Crew ensued. This special club, made up of Brigitte, Travis and Rebecca, had its very own handshake and special unicorn mascot.
She also found firm friends in the boys of the BB House. Nathan became her exercise buddy, while Corey and Nobbi agreed she was the hottest HM. Rory admitted to having a crush on the beautiful personal trainer, but Rebecca didn’t reciprocate. One issue the boys could all agree on though was Rebecca’s kind and genuine nature, with Saxon announcing she “didn’t have a mean bone in her body”.
With no real enemies, Rebecca rolled on through each and every day, listening to what people had to stay, keeping her nose out of controversy and keenly observing from the sideline.
Rebecca’s biggest turmoil during her time in the House was an inner one. She considered leaving the House voluntarily, but after sleeping on it brave Bec decided to soldier on, even turning it into a positive by bonding with Dixie who was sharing a similar experience.
In her last week in the House Rebecca seemed to come out of her shell – fresh-faced and optimistic – Rebecca was back. Bright, bubbly and breezy - this was the Rebecca we came to know and love.
Her 23rd birthday brought fresh vigour to the West Australian, and to top off her birthday she even took home the FNL championship! After a Strategy Room sesh with bestie Brigitte, Rebecca walked into a surprise island-themed party courtesy of BB. A massive bitch fight ensued, but the not-so-nice turn left the HMs thinking they might be better off without her.
She may be the second Sunday Evictee but there’s no denying that Rebecca’s warm smile and her infectious giggle will be sorely missed as the population of the House turns from 13 to 12.
