The HMs took their old favourite Truth or Dare to another level – the Hot Seat! Each HM had a turn in the Hot Seat and they had to openly and honestly answer a flurry of questions from the rest of the House.
“We’ve got to think about cool questions, spicy questions,” urged Travis. HMs protested that they all ready knew everything there was to know about each other –but there was more to discover!
RORY
Alice started the ball rolling, asking Rory if he’d every lied to a girl to make himself look better. Rory thought long and hard. “Nup, I don’t lie, I’m serious, I don’t,” The Brickie replied. “I believe that,” accepted Alice.
Rory played the game, answering the questions that were fired at him. There were questions about his hair, sexual relations, why women were attracted to him and Rory’s all but forgotten passion for photography. Terri revealed she still had a soft spot for Rory with her question. “Do you realize that you are very physically attractive to women?” Terri pondered. “I think I have a specific look and some girls like it,” Rory answered matter-of-factly.
“Are you going to use the BB experience in your favour to get girls?” Cherry posed. “I think it will … work in every guy and every girls favour,” Rory announced. He said it might help him start conversations but vowed not to name drop.
ALICE
“This will be interesting,” Alice said with anticipation, as she sat in the Hot Seat. HMs lead her through a gauntlet of questions from one night stands to sexual partners. Travis asked Alice who she thought was the most attractive HM.
“Abs,” shouted Bianca, clearly the decision was not one she had to think about. “Cherry,” Alice agreed and reasoned that although she was intimidated by the ‘picture perfect’ Mr Abs persona, he was a great guy.
“Stop making his head big, it’s going to blow out the door,” Brigitte teased. Cherry pretended to put his arms around his large swollen head Travis continued with the questions. “If you could use one word to describe our pash in the spa, how would you describe it?” Travis posed. Alice said she found it “awkward” and as weird as he probably did.
Alice waded her way through more questions about her job as a vet and about her morals. Alice admitted she was sexually self conscious, she had cheated in an exam in school and she hopes that her previous crush will contact her when she gets out of the House. “I would like to meet someone,” Alice admitted of wanting to find a BF.
TERRI
Though Ben requested HMs not ask any sexually explicit questions of the Know it all Nanna, Terri was up for the challenge! There were no holds barred, and Terri was prepared to talk frankly about her femininity. “Have you ever had sex in a public place?” Alice questioned. “Many public places,” Terri replied, like the answer was a given. Rory cheered, impressed with the response and the HMs drilled her further about her sexual experiences and about being a ranga. Terri told the HMs she was proud of her fiery hair she would put a ranga pride stocker on her car and wouldn’t have died her hair. “I actually adored my hair,” Terri revealed.
HMs raised their hands and took in turn to quiz Terri. When given the ultimatum of Nobbi or Corey to be her child, Terri chose Nobbi hands down. “I think it’s a no brainer,” Terri admitted. Terri also admitted she reckons Pauline Hanson has a ‘lovely figure’ and would love to have a body like her idol Pauline.
BEN
No time to settle in with some easy questions, Alice got to the question on everyone’s lips. “If cameras weren’t around would you be physically and sexually attracted to B and would you pursue this is the House?” Alice. Ben thought hard. “Feel free to pass on that,” suggested Bianca.
But HMs weren’t going to be bowled over and let this Head Boy wriggle out of a difficult question. BnB resisted eye contact. “I’ve said in the past I don’t really have female friends so I’d probably hold on to that and try to keep the friendship going, not so much sexual,” Ben admitted.
Alice followed the line of questioning and asked Ben if his experience in the BB House, having made female friends and being told he was attractive, has increased his confidence with girls. “Will you up your game?” Cherry laid out. “I still probably do have a lot of confidence issues ... but I’d like to think that I can come out this as a more confident person,” Ben revealed.
Alice asked Ben about what kind of person he was attracted to. “Are you more attracted to someone that is typically absolutely gorgeous like Bridgey…” Alice began. “You just indirectly insulted me again!” Bianca said shamming her hand down on the table. “I love this game!” she blurted.
Alice recoiled and said she’d describe Brigitte as hotter than herself so didn’t mean anything by it. Bianca said she was joking but it was clear there were some hurt feelings behind her outburst. When given an ultimatum, Ben said for a one night stand he’d probably go for someone like Brigitte, but for a relationship: “I’d go for Bianca for sure.”
Bianca mumbled under her breath, “I don’t know if I’m happy about that or not.” HMs told her she should be. Brigitte laughed and said, “It means you have a really good personality and I have shit for brains.” Bianca sat with a sour look on her face.
Throughout Ben’s Hot Seat shuffle, Brigitte was getting increasingly bored, coming to the table with Cherry’s ‘Cherry Bomb’ mask on, and then added Cherry’s hat. Rory said she was being rude. “I just have a short attention span,” argued Brigitte. They told her she had to take her hat off inside and she obliged. Before continuing Ben sneered, “Can we all just give Brigitte just a bit of attention?”
BIANCA
Ben’s arm was the first to shoot up in the air when Bianca took to her hot seat. “When you get Evicted, are you going to regret being a bitch to me for ten weeks?” he laughed.
“Not as much as you’re going to regret awkwardly spooning me!” she shot back with a cheeky smile.
“Do you think you’ll ever get over me?” Ben pressed.
“Hopefully the day you get over me, Benny,” Bianca replied, without a second of hesitation.
You seem to get quite offended when people compare you to Brigitte. Do you not realise there are different kind of girls?
Terri was next, and she wanted Bianca to know the truth about her physical appearance, and why she resented being compared to Brigitte.
“To me she is stunning,” Bianca answered, signaling in Brigitte’s direction. “I know a lot of the people in here give her a lot of shit and stuff, but I find her really good looking.”
“You, to me, ooze class and sophistication,” Terri complimented. “You have a pretty face and a beautiful figure, what on earth is your problem when people say Brigitte is attractive? But you’re attractive in a different way. What I’m asking you is can’t you see that?”
“No,” Bianca replied flatly. “I just don’t like being compared because it’s not nice.”
“You’re just a brown Barbie with a brain,” Brigitte added, shooting a smile Bianca’s way.
The next issue on the agenda was Bianca’s long term plan – where did she see herself in ten years? The Italian Princess replied she wanted to move to Europe for a year, work on aid missions, then consider going to Uni in Melbourne.
