After constantly being up for Eviction and notoriously being saved on numerous occasions, it was finally game over for Doc Alice on Day 84.

The Housemates immediately fell in love with Alice’s beautiful smile and kind, genuine personality. She was a friend to everyone and not afraid of rolling her sleeves up for some hard work. Alice often declared her love of cooking and cleaning. She was named the House’s very own ‘Mother Goose’ and for a while she and David ruled the roost. But the Spa Mafia rebelled and vowed she would never control them, or boss them around like she did with the girls.

One of the four lucky Housemates to travel on BB Airlines to beautiful Bali, Alice lived it up while on foreign soil. Along with David, Rory and Renee, the Bali Bunch ate amazing food and relaxed around the pool, strengthening their relationships with one another.

Always a keen participant in any conversations about the opposite sex, Alice loved chatting about boys. Open to finding love in the House, Alice did achieve the title of being one of the first HMs to pash in the BB08. Following a game of truth or dare, Alice locked lips with Ben on the celebration of her 25th Birthday. And the pashing didn’t stop. Weeks later as a result of yet another spa truth or dare game, Alice will forever be remembered by Travis as if first French Kiss.

After Rebecca was Evicted, Alice was handed the duty as Head of House and accepted the role with gusto. Nicknamed “Mother Hen” and “Queen Bee” by the boys, Alice continued her reign as Head of House for another week, after she took out FNL.

Treating an ecstatic Nobbi to a pizza dinner in the Strategy Room, Alice vowed to save herself if she should end up on the chopping block. Later that week, she displayed some funky hip hop moves with dance partner Dixie in the HMs’ dance task, leading to success in the week’s task and most exciting for the Housemates - gourmet food!

Ever the attentive “Mum” of the House, Alice was able to put her vet skills to work as master trainer to BB’s most gorgeous HM, Ollie. But after feeling “segregated” from the House, Alice admitted she was afraid of being pinned as boring by the HMs and the public.

Close mate Renee’s shock Eviction surprised the entire House – and left Alice without any really close friends inside the House. But to Alice – and everyone else’s jaw dropping surprise - the hole in Alice’s friendship world was filled by Paris Wannabe Brigitte. The two firmed a very close bond.

The introduction of Intruders Cherry, Rhianna and Terrence gave Alice the eye candy she was after! After a brief flirtation with Sexy Surfer Cherry, Alice bonded closely with Terrence, and the feeling was reciprocated.

But Alice hit a low and was feeling down and out about her plummeting popularity both in and out of the BB House, as she found herself constantly up for Nomination. She admitted to feeling flat and willingly handed over her Mother Goose duties.

As the weeks drew on, a new Alice emerged - she was a little less tentative around the HMs and hit the treadmill harder than ever. All in all, Alice’s favourite HM would have to be her beloved steady “tready”. She passionately pounded out the kilometers daily. Many HMs thought she spent too much time working out, but Alice was not giving up her treadmill and was less than impressed when it was taken away for repairs. “Every day that passes is a day closer to the day that we get the treadmill back,” she lamented to the Housemates, who found her treadmill adoration hilarious.

One of Alice’s tightest and most surprising bonds in the House was with Paris Wannabe Brigitte. After the two were left somewhat stranded after their closest HMs were sent packing, the pair were rarely apart. They found common ground over Brigitte’s in-House relationship with Cherry and her confusion over her “commitment boy” on the outside, working out together and talking about the future. Brigitte revealed Alice had helped open her eyes to a future outside of Canberra, and had inspired her to fulfill plans she’d only dreamed of.

Alice was one of the lucky HMs to spend three days with Pamela Anderson – including a photo shoot directed by the star, which the Vet described as a once in a lifetime experience.

After Cherry’s Eviction from the House, she was the first HM to be ‘Evicted’ in BB’s Big Sting, and experience which made her value her last days in the House even more. The Final Five became an inseparable bunch, and despite butting heads with Rory, Alice fulfilled her vow – to live her every day in the House to the absolute maximum.

But Alice’s time in the House flat lined on Day 84 and the Doc departed.
